I have a question regarding the critical and injury stats. We the critical stat is the stat responsible for your chances of critting someone and the chances of you getting crittet, the more you have compared to your opponent, the bigger chance u get to crit, and less chance u get crittet. Injury works similiar, the more injury u have compared to your opponent, the more damage you do when you crit and less damage you take when you get critted. This brings two questions for me, the first being that does ninjutsu and atck have nothing to do at all with the crit damage? so if some1 has say 100 nin and 100 atck, but he has like 30k crit and 30k injury, will he do around the same damage to the same opponent if he has say 15k nin and atck (assuming all his attacks crits)?. This brings me the second question, do buffs affect the damage a crit makes? because it buffs atck and nin not injury, and every1 knows that real damage comes from crits, so do buffs affect the critical dmg or only non crit dmg?

Think of nin and atk as base damage and crit and inj like multipliers.

Crit is straight forward, its your chance of getting crit or deal crit.

Inj diff between you and the other guy acts like a mutiplier. The higher the base the more damage you do. At the same time, the higher the inj you have the higher that base damage mutiplies. I think crit is always 2x non crit damage and inj adds another layer of mutiplier to the overall damage.

Hi! So Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are usually the base value which can be affected by secondary stats like Defense, Resistance, Injury, Critical, Damage Reduction, Ninjutsu Pen3tration and Taijutsu Pen3tration, etc. This thread goes over more in-depth in regards to secondary stats.

Just like what was said above; Critical is a value that gives you a chance in performing a Critical attack. Critical is two parts; it both increases the chance of Critical, as well as decreases the chance of receiving a Critical. This means that your own ninja's Critical vs an opponent's ninja's Critical will play a crucial part on whether your ninjas will perform a Critical.

Injury on the other hand affects the damage applied from Critical as well as decreases the Critical damage taken from an enemy. What that means is that your own ninja's Injury vs an opponent's ninja's Injury will also play a crucial role on how much damage a Critical will apply.

Which is why these two stats play hand in hand as it affects both your chance of performing and Critical and also how much damage (Injury) you will receive from the Critical.
