As far as I remember, that was the bug from the last week's event cycle. I strongly advise you to file a ticket at our Customer Support and provide Screenshots and other information that they needed. Let me remind you that the Screenshot should be fullscreen and not cropped (meaning, the time and date stamp should be visible). Thank you.
