Since Sept 4th, 2019, I got "Exceeded Time Request" message when I login into game. Then, there is no other players in my server, and I can't access any features, e.g. Black Market, Rich Field, etc. It always showed "Exceeded Time Request" after loading any features, and the features didn't work.

Hope you would fix this asap.
