It's kinda complicated, because you have several interesting ninjas but no real synergy. Imo you should focus more on ninjas that fit well together, like for example your Darui is alone 'cause he doesn't really have any strong water/Lightning ninjas to buff. Your kushimaru has no edo tensei or Wind ninja to buff him, etc....

I still tried some lineups with different mains, but never really tried them in game, so I'm not sure about their sustainability and damages ^^
