The game is fun.... but the worst part about it is being matched with people that have more ac*ulated power. I am server 1000+ and i get matched with server 1 players in Decisive Bonds... Obviously this is an auto-win for the other team. It doesn't matter what team i have, if they are all god level on the tier list.... i just can't win. This i have to admit is the first game where pvp was intentionally unbalanced so it makes me very frustrated, but i still find myself playing it. What about you guys? What is the most frustrating aspect of this game?

That's like some certain 5.0 features that shall not be named.

I think the worst aspect of this game is the cross-server matchmaking , it's unfair to be put against a player that has rare ninjas and overall a ton more power. Especially in arena. As a f2p player , this ruins my mood instantly

  • Honestly I think my biggest annoyance is the lack of actual effort that comes from our version's dev team. To clarify I mean the one's who are actually implementing changes, not just forum and community admins, of which there are quite a few who go above and beyond.
Rather it is just disappointing that the only "version exclusive" updates we tend to get are just super early ninja releases. Everything else is just half translated cut and paste coding...I get that there are probably things out of their control but I would love to see some actual effort put into a few things that they presumably can monitor. Such as making at least one or two of the cross server events power based rather than the lazy lumped server opening brackets they have now. For example, the very first sage world that opened up for our server had level 90+ players with over 200k power in them. There was no power or level barrier to even attempt to allow competition. It was just a slaughter, plain and simple.
Now instead of just using, say, a 200 server range to set up cross server events like these, why not just make them like DB and go across all servers but have power brackets set up? You could still fill battlefields but also give many more players an enjoyable experience. Another example would be with DB, easy freaking change, make it somewhat like Matsuri. You just got stomped by a team you had no hope to even scratch? It *s but at least next fight we can lower the level/power range and give you a fighting chance.
Furthermore, if they're really concerned that the massive spenders are going to quit over a few events being tuned to not allow them to curb stomp weaker players at EVERY juncture then they're just wrong. Sure they probably like to have those moments here and there so you can give them those moments. Make one day of sage/matsuri the current and then give the other 1-2 days the updated model. If you change DB to have said feature sure, they COULD have longer matchmaking but more than likely you would have volumes more participants so in reality matches come and go even faster. Like there are legit so many ways to make minute changes that would not only keep current players happy and engaged but also make it so new players don't drop within 2 weeks after launch.

    P.S
Before people get all whiny that I am being too one sided, I am not F2P by far. I'm probably nearly $3,000 in before first 2 months have even passed. It's just that I'm not some *bag who thinks because I have less financial responsibility at the time I am above other human beings. A game should be enjoyable on a wide scale. Spenders will always have an advantage but it doesn't mean you limit 90% of the games features to us. I would love to be part of a more lively server where people actually get on, chat and enjoy the game together. The game is already time consuming enough if you try and make all the events and daily quotas but at least with other people to chat with it feels less so.

  • People complaining about the same old shiz. It's simple, play it and dont complain. You play then there is always going to be someone stronger than you. Yes, certain things they can definitely address but complaining about the stuff over and over especially whales gets old. It's life, you have a crapshoot job/life but you blame others for that. The real culprit is always going to be yourself. Don't feel like spending money on a game while others do? Who's fault really is that? How about yall level up in your RL so you can enjoy the luxuries that the whales do in game. Nagging over and over again only makes you look like a fool. You know lifes a game too, seems like you complain because people have nice stuff and its their faults? Most people work hard for what they want and deserve what they get or achieve. REMEMBER this is a FREE game to play, no one forces you to play it, again if you choose to play it have fun with it and that's that. Someone makes more money than you, what do you do? Nothing I presume but point the finger instead of bettering yourself to achieve a higher goal for yourself. Simple. Business is business as usual.

just to say but with that kind of mindset we would still be in a feudal world.

@OP: the two most frustrating aspects of the game for me are:

1) the fact is basically impossible to have what we could plan for because oasis makes it always 10 times more expensive than in CN, mostly for no reason (mei breaktroughs for example or kushina missing trials).

2) the matching system that is right it gives advantages to who pay a lot but is very possible to do it by caring also for who doesn't do it.

Usually, people complain to make things better. If they are still complaining about the same thing then that means things still didn't get any better. You can't blame them for wanting to get things more F2P friendly and complaining.

  • What frustrates me are tryhards. No one likes a tryhard. This is an anime browser game, not world war 2. No need to go * deep using the same team every day with no variety. Have fun, this is a video game after all.

Some people find their fun in video games by min-maxing and being as strong as possible. They (including myself) will tryhard in every game they play. As Ricky Bobby said, "If you ain't first, you're last."

I love the game, but I hate the fact that the p2w mechanic exists. I can barely get by a function without being hecked by some whale.

The daily routine this game is for the most part is what gets to me .

No event in this game really ask you to do something outside what you would do anyway ...

The schedule of various things preventing me from even participating on them (just the fact that my agenda doesn't work with those).

As a F2p i accepted getting destroyed in a lot of way but still ....

The uselessness of the various enemy groups around the world (they could give something other than exp for secondary ninja (in fact i never understood why didn't they gave main xp (even a reduced amount).Make them use for some repeatable quests for groups or allow them to potentially drop random items (Magatamas, low level refine ,coins ....).

Breakthrough for already OP ninja (Kakuzu). No breakthrough for the useless ones either (Choji,Ino and the likes that stays lvl 1 forever).

Isn't the initial point of the BT was to give them a reason to be used (being lower version of great ninja ).

Time... this game consumes quite some time.. money this game consumes quite money.

Having the luxury of these two you can have fun.. if not it's really not that fun

esp since i can find as much fun in other things and for cheaper cost.

in other words, the value from competitive winning or top ranking at the game is not that big for me.. atm anyways

it's just that it happens to be within reach that i'm still here and for other reasons than strictly competing.

such as simply sharing, chatting, listening and getting a good laugh at certain aspects, news, art, anime, opponents..

bottom line if there wasn't a couple of regulars and support community

as well the popularity of ninja rp itself, would of quit. but naruto franchise is unique in that.
