I got 2 Hashirama Frag the last time it was out from 7 draws, So take it with a grain of salt.

Don't worry the drop rates are surely horrible low.

Maybe with 20k you get them once or twice.

The mega carnival board changes out every 15 mins, so there's no good way to get drop rates on anything for it.
