It states that it provides a "30% increase to COMBO and COMBO Rate". Kindof confused on if this is intended or if one of the two combo buffs are supposed to be an increase for something like attack or such.

Hi! Sorry for the confusion, the passive should be increase in Attack and Combo Rate for all Konoha ninjas in your team as long as Guy [Gate of Joy] is on the field.


Update: I have reported this to the team.
