Unfortunately, this can happen when there's a connection issue between your internet connection and the server. I would suggest flushing your DNS and clearing your cache before entering Cross Server events.

This c*so occur when different players within your team or the opposing team are set to a different match speed, causing mystery delays and visual bugs that you are experiencing. The best way to avoid this is to visit the Kakashi Clone in your team and setting the battle speed to x1 before entering 3v3
