Hey Lads

I wanted to know if each ninja got different base Iniative Stat?

While Inspecting one of my guildies I saw that his minato has like 300 iniative points more than my Konan even tho his refining and purification are way lower than mine.

allright thanks for all the answers - he has indeed the Yes Master Outfit. Anyways my Question is still open: Do Ninjas all have a different base Initiative Stat ?
