You dont. For real madara to appear at home interface you need to own Madara [ konoha founder] ninja, or to-be introduced 10tails madara. In both cases, you need real madara.

We got jiraiya Shannon era frags on the 2nd anniversary compared to getting kakashi make-out on the 1st anniversary. Those are "free" ninjas whether or not people want the same ninjas like China or ninjas that are useful, it is expected by now that this is out the question at this point.
Levi is right that we didn't get the same rewards in China but he is complaining because of this.

I don't know, Izuna's passive is pretty good, unfortunately, I don't know if it warrants the replacement of Itachi Anbu, though on the other hand if you were running Edo Itachi, then you definitely could run Izuna
It's good but good in terms of how this passive will restrict your team to have a uchiha person to blitz, and at the moment there isn't one uchiha (maybe Madara ten Jin). The ninja should be at least have something unique without the passive and at the moment, it isn't to me at least.

Honestly, I hope we do get Izuna next year for anniversary event :p
izuna's a pretty good ninja imo. i was sold the moment i saw his sleep passive XD I think i like him even more than i like the new madara/obito haha
he does seem to be the sort of ninja that would cost like 6-10k instead of a massive 20k me

there's a 100% chance we won't get izuna in the same event as CN because this is a SPECIAL EVENT for their 4th anniversary. stop crying over everything CN gets. i told you the event they would be able to get him in because i wanted to show that he's a special release for their 4th anni, not for you to whine.
nobody's asking you to cough up your """hard-earned money""" you can just be f2p :^) and neither of these ninjas are ""SR"" btw

no you dont understand jimmy neutron im saying that in china they give you an option to obtain instead of waiting months or maybe a year to obtain quit skeeming threw my messages if you read i said it wont be the same in america server
