i hope they can bring back Shisui as redeemable for next week? and also Anbu Kakashi to be redeemable? and also the promise optional pack of Sakura(cloak) and Sasuke(suit) :D I hope they read this :D :D

as stated, it's permanent but the rewards will be different every month, like right now the reward is Hanzo Salamander(Edo Tensei) frags which is will start and end on Nov1-Nov21 .. Then maybe next month they will change it. I dont know if I'm right but this is what I understand from the above statement.
