I contact oasis support center for a problem with my account (I don't give detalies because last time I did, my post was deleted) and they ask me for this (screenshot)
but the problem is... I pay from my paysafe account and I ALREADY send them a screenshot with my latest recharges because I knew that I need it(in my paysafe account history) and it is not enough... can someone tell me (some oasis staff) what steps I need to follow to provide the informations?...
