  • I'm not judging, (at least i'm not trying if it's been perceive that way), and I didn't say NY and LA didn't get affected at all.

    I also didn't say NY/LA deserve more compensation or less compensation.

    I'm just saying the extend of issues were different due to the extend of people have advantage of the situation.

    In fact in other post not here, I defended US servers, getting that straight up 20 cp Sakura Event

    Also thanks for the correcting me if anything.

That is in itself a statement that NY and LA didn't get affected. Now I get where you are coming from and you might have not meant it that way but from most of your posts I see around I actually though you stand up for Oasis's mistake. NY and LA certainly deserve a very good compensation. Not only for their mistake but also for having mods go out of their place in discord with people from NY as well, which in itself is another thing to make amends for.


I have no interest in going forward with drama I just want everything to be clear so that everyone can get their deserved compensation for the *insert number* incident.

Because all the post that we previously argued for against Oasis got deleted by mods.

And every time I push for 10cp back on Sakura Event.

Someone somehow find a way to rage back.

So whats the hold-up? Oasis, as u can see 90% of people telling u that the only way to pay us compensation is to bring 10cpns sakura food packs and 60cpns sakura/sasuke packs back. Why u dont do that? Right at this moment some poor guy gotta buy 20cpns food packs or spend ramen points on some over stuff. If u will do decision to give us same packs n prices as it was in the start of this event cycle, dont u afraid that some people will get mad because u did it too late, and the discontent will be on the same lvl? I mean I bet not every Naruto Online gamer sitting on this forum and know what going on here. Dont waste our and your time and give as those packs back.

  • For the record, its was not deemed a bug, when it came out.. on HK/EU servers,

    people did ask if its a bug of course thinking something was off

    The issue in HK/EU servers are different from NY/LA, a lot of people got it immediately

    some thinking wow, I need to grab this asap. people even posted on forum what is best to get, everyone was excited.

    And many were seriously thinking ok when i come back from work or before next wed I might recharge.

    only to find that sakura/sasuke pack gone.. there was rage of course.. no doubt about that.

    then soon after like within the next hr, sakura event pack went form 10cp to 20cp.

    issue... people planning on getting it, many did, and also many still did miss out on it..

    there was a lot of rage since few expected oasis to hotfix something not even recognized as a bug!

    The other rage is things are obviously too cheap in the first place,

    but most people in the forum are thinking about getting the cheap stuff themselves

    they are blinded to the effects of balance of the game

    NY/LA skip all the drama honestly... in fact... i think the rage there wasn't even as bad... or mess up

    it's like yall just caught the ending part of the story, and all share same conditions.

    For NY/LA the compensation is probably easier since no one got an unfair advantage over the rest.

    For HK/UK their game balance is totally spoiled and literally unplayable by their standards. (so they say)

Actually in NY plenty of people did take advantage, the amount of 5k Madaras I ran into over the past 2 days it's just ridiculous, only in LA did people not take advantage of the intentional bug because they changed everything before their reset.

I honestly think this game is overpriced and I think we should have lower prices, it is strait gread how you guys raised the prices for Sakura Food Packs and many people have been seeing the packs for 10 coupons not 20 so I think we should alot lower prices. Especially seeing on previous events such as kakashi susanoo for 30k ingots on recharge you may be able keep the ingots but wtf that is to high. Your just honestly making people waste more and taking pleasure in it as in your raising the prices.... I think it is a time to put a stop. I also think there is a problem as in that making to many new servers and not merging enough because creating new servers is making to big of a problem ( but it is a good idea) and thank you for keeping this game running and I personally think that we should have your sign in systems to redeem ingots :( once again thank you for the support and thank you for keeping this game running I really enjoy it :)

Good afternoon.

I came from work yesterday and i was shocked to hear my friends talking about an amazing event that literally gave them, almost for free, a lot of fragments for sasuke suit and sailor sakura, i asked wich was that event and they told me " its already gone, it lasted one morning"...

Event week must be for everyone like it has always been, people have school or go to work, we don't need to be here 24/7, that beeing said, how do you think that people like me, who didnt enjoy this "gift" feel like? I wasn't gone for 1 month, i was away 8h and i see how this event gives advantages to some lucky mates.

There is no possible compensation, or a possible second prize, the only thing you can do is to put that "gift" for one day for those who didnt enjoy it, if you don't think its fair for your business i understand but you, like everyone else must take responsabilities from their mistakes and not erase them.

I'm a recharger player, that is my own business what i do with my money, but one thing is for sure, if i'm treated different because i'm at work and not playing 24h in here, then i shall stop my recharger.

As a customer, i will appreciate a private message if you (moderator) feel the need to explain me anything you like in private.

I payed for JM around 12k-13k coupons in sakura event, next sakura event you lowered his price too around 6k. Now this Sakura gift event i m again paying Shisui full price and i hear some people got him for half price, suit sasuke and cloak sakura almost for free. So 2 times you cheat me and other paying customers and now you offer some compensation for everybody who participated or not participated in event, who used your bug...everybody will get compensation(nothing great but still unfair). Are you joking or what? Only fair thing to do is too take items from people who got them cause of bug and return them ingots/coupons they spent it or return bugged event and give double sakura foodstock to people who payed it for 20 coupons. Is your mistake not players so be fair for once. I know will never happen as you care only about money ofc.

Sakura event: change back to 10/sack
Do not modify the Onigiri's drop rate

You can adjust 5k Madara's cost
Ok with sailor/suit package to not re-appear as that seemed like a real bug with the pricing


I mostly just care about the sack price since by protecting the 5k Madara's pricing, they are indirectly making everything else 100% more expensive and I think that is making the sakura event extremely undesirable.

Yes. We will be sending compensation to whole player base. We can't filter out those who bought cheaper food-sacks.

I believe you received wrong information from your friends. Sakura's even is not gone, it is still in game. We only fixed a bug with food-sacks price. It was supposed to be 20 coupons/ingots from the start of event cycle but for unknown reason system did not update its price.


We are aware and concerned as well about this whole situation. That is why this thread is here, to collect all of your suggestions for compensation and we will make sure to send you something as apology/compensation for this terrible situation.

i think you made the whole situation even worse because of this survey post. people will always be negative towards any fault from your side. imagine the real life situation, real society, where you'll be constantly judged for every mistake you made. i think you don't have to listen to community and decide what to do with the game itself.

i understand that people who are responsible for the events are not robots and they are not flawless.

whatsoever, you make it even worse postponing the fixes cause people tend to be impacient and they can't wait that long. i guess the best way out was to instantly roll back the servers, to prolong the maintanence and send the compensation for waiting.

right now the inactivity untill 10th of october is sort of unbearable.
it's hard to do something 100% right in this situation and there will be a lot of complains anyways.

the bug with the sakura's gift mission - you may compensate sending 35 packs on mail because it's the exact amount of packs you would get for free doing sakura's missions.

box with sailor sakura and playboy sasuke - you may make them meme ninjas since they are not that much used tbh. but it sounds super absurd. another variant - you may give the players a choice (for those who abused the bug) - either you take away those ninjas or you make them pay the normal price of the boxes, so it won't seem extremely unfair for other players because only those who paid for the ninjas got them. so you're not losing anything basically. and also you can send compensation for the inconviniencies in sbw or matsuri, for example.

sakura's gift boxes price - it's likely the event is the same as it was before. you increased the drop rate but increased the price aswell which sound pretty logical so i don't even understand those who are complaining. i think the whole noise about this is only because of the 2 times when the items in sakura's gift where extremely cheap. so just ignore people. you've done ok with this.

hope that i helped you. this were just my thoughts about this situation.

I almost wish you'd just do a rollback and refund what we got... Its so unfair that tons of people got a suuuper cheap 5k and some didnt. I hope you don't give us something crappy as 'reinbur*t' because that'd just feel worse. Everytime I See someone with a new 5k my heart rages a little so please don't screw the pooch on this one.

However i didn't receive wrong the information, since my mates got sailor sakura and suit sasuke frags for very cheap price, when i, in the other hand, cannot enjoy that initial price.

You (OAsis staff) fixed a supposed bug where some mates, rightfully, exploited and now they have 2 fighters at 5 stars at a really low cost (when my sailor sakura costed me near 5k).

It's not about ingots nor coupons, i only claim the same benefits that lucky players got by beeing here at a specific time.

It's a messed up by programmers, yes, it's bad for business to give away "free" stuff, yes, but if 1 player exploited that, then you (the responsables for the situation) must take responsability and give that initial condition (prices, redeem fragments) to all players so everyone gets to play the same game.

Since this is a thread to hear some oppinions, i gave mine, Daiske you don't need to answer me about this issue, there should not be a discussion neither, there must be the same events for everyone, regardless the time they are online.

I was looking for a game where i can work, live my life and have a break in here, i spend money because i liked how this game was focused, it was well designed and everyone has the same features. If in the end of day 10, the people who didn't exploited that bug, will get anything that is not the same as those fragments at low cost, then i get the picture how your team will face future mistakes and this is not worth it, for me, to keep investing money.

If i see that consolation prize, i will keep playing since there is no need to quit only for that, but i will be a free player.
