Nice, thank you a lot. Could you tell me how this Great Plates Event works? Is it RNG or can I use coupons to get the Kakashi?
It's RNG so there is no guaranteed amount of kid kakashi frags you will get after spending an amount of coupons. Also, just because he showed up in great plates doesn't mean he'll continue to do so.
