Use Yagura instead of Bee and clone Hashirama. Creates more combo and helps with survivability. Hashirama will heal your team twice each turn.

I guess you're using the Gaara / Sage Naruto combo, if you are, make sure Gaara is the target of Hashirama's Mystery on turn 2. (You can switch your gear around to make the NPC target the character you want, I think mine was targeting my 2nd highest Initiative).

Anyone knows how to change the talents for the yagura team in case you don't have dragon shark summon?

I used Yagura too and it worked. Much better than Bee SSS lineup. See vid here.

Any tips on that trick everyone does to not get interrupted on 2nd turn?

Have someone with super armor on your team and low his/her hp until its the lowest on your team, for this Rasa is very useful. Just wait for the Hashirama mystery and then use your mystery, if you wait Hashi won't interrupt anyone and if he doesn't chase (can't chase super armor) he won't give chakra to the rest of the enemy team therefore you should have the first 2 turns to kill as much ninjas as possible.

This worked for me @~110k power. But, I did have to weaken my sage Naruto a little on life, so that his clone dies before his first attack. Otherwise, you combo Naruto instead of Minato.
