A week before Sasuke birthday Naruto sends a letter telling him that he got new information about his mission and that he must be in the village after a week from now. Then Naruto contacts Sakura about that and that he has a plan for his birthday, she was in tears after hearing he will come back after been absent for a while and thanked Naruto so much for thinking about this. Naruto talked to all the other old friends from childhood also with Kakashi about this event. During that week, Naruto settled all the needs for the birthday.

Finally, the day has come everyone was ready, as Naruto mentioned in the letter to Sasuke he told him to meet him in the Hokage office. It’s already the evening Naruto was doing his tasks as always in the office and there sasuke is here, he instantly asked about that important information but Naruto told him to be patient and to follow him, then both went outside for a walk and they ended up in the Konoha training field where Kakashi and Sakura were waiting for them sasuke asked Naruto what does that mean but they were laughing and suddenly kakashi took out his bells and told them that they should repeat the old like in the past ,sasuke smiled and told him that he has become an old man he can’t keep up with them and after a while they succeeded in that task but sasuke was asking again for the important information but Naruto told him to follow him again then all of then went to Sasuke’s house and in front of the door sasuke asked Naruto what is he trying to do Naruto pushed him toward the door and told him to go inside and at that moment when sasuke entered there was a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU Lee Tenten Choji Sai Shikamaru Ino Kiba Hinata and Sarada where there waiting for him with a cake and many presents he turned back to Naruto smiling and trying not to cry then Sarada and Sakura jumped and hugged him. After that, they enjoyed the night celebrating together and it was a moment, that Sasuke will never forget as this was the first time he celebrates his birthday since he was a kid.
