No this is a terrible idea. What about people already at level 100, way over 100K BP? Do they just lose all their BP? Good way to make all those people quit the game.

You think you have it bad now, wait until you hit the level 100 bracket, you have a guys with 90K - 110K BP that leveled too fast, facing guys with 190K - 200K+ BP.

SWB just needs to be based solely on power, and not by level. It shouldn't matter if you are level 70 with 100K BP or level 100 with 100K BP.
