do you really expect them to drop with a large %?

Opened one on alternative server and got chakra naruto frag, hence the question. Wouldn't risk going blindly, since without those 2 frags the pack itself is pretty low value. As far as I remember some of those usually come in recharge/spending rebates now and then, so a few people could actually get some of them and share their experience.
