I have an issue with support and i need assistance: Last cave key event on two separate characters i was able to obtain gold essence from the rebate and when i beset them on A level tools to get 15 purple essence back they did not appear in my inventory. I wrote a ticket about it on each account providing screenshots of the gold orb from cave key on each account and after almost a week of waiting i get a BS answer that because they could not reproduce the issue i am out of my gold essence. you have log files, you ask for dates, you see gold essence enter into inventory and then suddenly disappear.
