Customer Service either Re-Opens a ticket once a Ticket requires additional information.

Upon that investigation, you'll receive the fragments if found as a bug or not.

I'd suggest replying to confirm. However, based on the time, it's hard to tell if it's warranted nor do I personally have access to your ticket as it's a system issue.

As for your original question.

Please bind your account using a normal browser.

On the client, it can act up considering the additional window it has. It's alot more stable elsewhere.
