Hi! I know it feels like they aren't in the Lucky Ninja Packs, but they are as there are players and myself who who have all gotten it before in the packs. Now I know it is rare, as we have only gotten it once in the length of time we played, but not impossible. Each pack offers a chance at the reward, not a very big chance, but possible.

I open 50-100 packs every month and i play since october 2016. I never got hashirama or tobirama and i never saw somebody getting them from lucky board packs. I saw people getting them from mission general mobilization packs, yes, but never ever from lucky board ones. I am of they idea they are not there at all and if they are really there the chance for them to be pulled off is at least 50 times lower than in mission generap mobilization packs where, anyways, is lower than 1/500.

i just tried 17 and got nothing

I've gotten the Kabuto 80 and the Choza 80 before, but never Hashi/Tobirama. On my server it seems like 1 person gets a kage ninja from it every other Lucky Board rotation. Seems like a lot less lately with events like Lucky * and Lucky Stars going at the same time.

It isn't guaranteed so you can end up opening a few boxes or a lot of boxes to get him. You might not even get him.
