You can buy them even right now, they cost around 200,000 ingots together (with 1600 seal scrolls you get 99%both).

You would most likely have to wait for them to appear in a events. Most likely the ninjas you have said started to appear in events is due to having a subsequent treasure after. Since China still is on GNW treasure and haven't included the SRs in events (to my knowledge), then I highly doubt they would show up until a new treasure appears.

China has a new treasure last I knew that had Edo Jinchuriki ninjas. Like Edo Fu and Edo Han.

Think there was another but I didn't pay that much attention.

There are 3 treasures, all of them temporary like the kazekage treasure we had before we got the kage one, which offer as a 210 scrolls ninja the 3 edo tensei jinchuriki and the 2 rares are another "normal" jinchuriki + respective kage.

That said, CN till now has never offered kurama and madara in events, only edo hashirama frags.

Apparently, CN also never offered sasuke and ay frags, since almost anybody has them over 3 stars.

I would not be surprised if oasis makes those 3 treasures permanent.

Hi! At the moment, the two ninjas are relatively new. However, like any other ninjas, even super rares, they will be available in events in the future. I don't know the exact date at the moment, but it will definitely appear later on in the future. Both ninjas are quite good though! I myself wanted Madara, but got Kurama instead. At first, I thought it was sad until I found a really good team XD

Idk about Ay but Sasuke appears sometimes in time-limited recruitment (getting keys after using stamima).

Keep in mind, these 3 limited treasures might be a precursor to a new treasure just like how the kazekage treasure for kage treasure. It's just a matter of waiting when or if Tencent is going to make a new treasure which most likely have the edo jins. Plus making those three treasure permanent is good since you're able to get which edo jin, which I highly doubt Oasis will do since they haven't split a treasure as of yet.
