Pretty straight up question: Should I 3-star Rasa? Is it worth 3 staring the guy, assuming that I have enough coupon to both power up and 3 star him?

If you do not use him for ranked or your main team, I would advice against it. As Rasa isn't an amazing ninja (sadly).


You'll get it over time eventually, though...

you can just naturally 3* him and it depends on if your using him
