He is made of wet cardboard, and can be sniped very easily by offensive teams of comparable power. As long as you have something to interupt the non-prompt jig mystery afterwards, you'll win.
If the deidara user has a good chunk more power than you, then there is nothing you can do. (short of using kyuubi.. which is very inaccessible).
His ba
se resistance is pretty high. People could just stack his def and you've got another burden to take down as fast as possible. Though I agree, he's weak vs full blitz teams if the enemy is more than or equal to 3k power difference. -

Samehada Kisame fusion could halt his mystery round 2 and 3 if you use wind main, you just need to run sailor sakura/hokage tsunade or any healer with multiple targets + flower guard. Stack your assault ninja well with really high burst so you can take down some of their ninjas fast.
