So either I'm really bad at math or something went wrong. I claimed them all, as you can see.
Yet...
I got it fine on my other character, yet this one seems to be stuck. And I've refreshed and everything. Any ideas?

The "Finished" displayed there doesn't mean that you were able to claim it. It simply means that the day for claiming those items are already finished. What I'm trying to say is you may have forgot to claim his frags in one of those 5 days.

Looking at the number of complains the same issue happened with a fair number of players, myself included and I'm 100% sure that I claimed the rewards everyday, even double/triplechecked them. Sadly there's no way to prove that without having recorded the "claimed" message each day which would have required amazing foresight.

No, I didn't forget. I know what you're trying to say, but I specifically logged both my accounts to get those fragments. I got the "ninja" on one of my characters, but not on this one.
