You also have to consider the player base between the two servers. It seems like there's more players able to get event ninjas in china, which of course means they won't need ninjas from treasure as much. Our server is different and depending on how fast Oasis wants to make the updates, the meta can change too quickly that players who can't get event ninjas quickly will be stuck with gnws rares for awhile.
