Breaking the egg event is sort of like that. If you are spending in that particular week of that event on anything you c*e it convert your ingots to equal or more amount of coupons with nice additional gifts with a chance of rare ninja. You can counter by saying coupons aint equal to ingots, and the conversion ratio is too less. But I find this event very useful, especially you want to spend ingots directly during a particular week, this event gives good returns. There is no other event that allows bulk conversion of ingots to coupons at such a short time with good returns.

There's no function/event ingame, that for ingots offers you a chance to get (more) ingots. Only transfers available are ingots into coupons, with up to 1:6 ingot:coupon ratio gain at monthly card. SS convoys are close behind with 5.83 gain ratio, but both of those methods arent meant for larger ingot transfers. Normal events we see during the week almost never pass 3:1 gain ratio.

Try your luck wheel and ss convoys are what you are looking for. You invest 6/10 ingots and you are sure to get back at least twice as much in coupons.
