As far as I I know the counter only resets after a server merge. That's what I've heard any way so any one correct me if I'm wrong.

why do people think it will reset after every update? this question was asked for 2.0 and 3.0 as well, the answer is the same, they don't get reset from version upgrades. the only way a treasure will be set to 0 pulls is if its new and u havent pulled yet.

or if a treasure splits like edo treasure will be then it will reset to 0
