1＃ Go ToHi, what is the best way to get more character fragments for Nine Tails Chakra Naruto? Is there a specific seal treassure, are events typically a good source, or is the best bet to just get a ninja to 5* and refine their fragments 15k points at a time?

He was on events to be redeemed few times.
But redeem points were very high and I chose power instead. Otherwise you'd get 1 or 2 frags for 1 event. If you're not using your cps.
I kinda want it to complete my Jinchurikis attribute XD
He also can be found in Chase Mission. I have only 1 frag so far for the entire time i've played this game.

Best way is to save up 15k coupon/ingots, and max out lucky *. You'll get 50 fragments for doing the 300 draw, and lot of extra stuff from the * itself. Otherwise, you are looking at 800 ingots per fragment on certain events. Those two methods are the only ones with any realistic chance of getting you anywhere. A fragment here and there from chase ect are completely insignificant.

No bro, it depends on the event bonus of the lucky sn4tch, like last last lucky sn4tch it was Hokage Optional Box, then this last lucky sn4tch, its the 6tails Naruto Frags ..

The fastest way is to get jonin medal, 30 frags upon first activation. Then, as others mentioned: some events have rewards on hih participation like lucky sntch, sometimes naruto frags are there. Many events like shuriken or time limited ninja recruitment (1 point for 10gold spent elsewhere) have his frags as well, they are usually around 800cp 1. On a rare basis you may encounter him during chase missions and thats propably all of the viable ways.

*25k, the last goal in lucky * is at the 500 draws tier.

True....you have to go to the extreme point like konoha tree for making maximum use of lucky * event
