Answering the thread, I have both and Kage in my opinion is better. The 40% res comes in handy and is often underestimated. Pair him with earth main and you have incredible defense and res making you hard to kill. Don't get me wrong Jonin is nice with the scaling passive but he's pretty easy to wipe out you bait his dodge. If we get the scaling buff, and his extended cross field interrupt added to Hokage its a wrap. Plus his permanent 40% res skill book? Theres no comparison.

I will also add to this that it does depend on your playstyle. I enjoy using pure damage on people but I also enjoy playing defensive more often than not.

minato hokage will be way better then jonin minato, he will get the attack buff as well as a skill book that lets his 40% res buff be permanent and he can still get more skillbooks, jonin does have his uses but when it come down to it people like jonin because of his shiny chase animations, it all depends on the play-style both are equal.

this is the reason why Kage minato is so hard to get in CN too, I heard you can only get minato kage from the top 3 event reward tiers, which basically means you have to be in the top 3 spenders on the server to even have a chance to get him.

hokage minato can too . hokage can stop whole lineup if he use mystery on tagged ninja so he also good when in auto match like ranked or Space . jonin i think just 2 . but well . all ninja have downside and upside .

The skillbook will cost extra coupons/ingots, and seeing how much the tobirama/hashirama skillbooks costs...

also his mystery only interrupt one unit not all, and his second mystery lvl doesn't interrupt at all, i prefer spaming 2 interruptions each turn instead of 1 interruption or full team damage every 2 rounds, one more thing on auto battles the 2 interruptions are much valuable because you can basically nullify any possible mystery on any given turn just with that, on the hokage side, your tags are all random and you might end up never doing his second mystery lvl, between AI wrong targets, immune ninjas and debuff removing/mirror return ones

yeah i wasn't really impressed with edo minato

totally agree hokage minato gets the work done quickly and isnt meant for longer and taxing fights ( at least not without his skillbreak) but the scaling passive of jonin makes him good for longer fights.

.Seem u dont have kage minato yet . it will interupt all if he attack tagged unit . try to watch recent or 1-2 month video bout minato . the auto thing . . i tried duel this guy almost 10 round all of it minato just attack tagged ninja never miss one . p/s what the heck is 2nd mystery lvl .

Hokage version might overall be better later on but what made me wanna get the Jonin version is this right here the triple combo bond mystery with his student he gets later makes me wet everytime I watch it

reason after 4 months with each tai attack he will increase his attack along with combo rate so he gets scaling as well

This is the team im using for now.All i did was replace kage minato for jonin.My first team was danzo,minato,and tendo but then i changed to fire and used hashirama,tendo,and minato.Now i using this team:danzo,iruka,and minato with fire main/

this is 4.0 minato with no books used (even if i don't know if he will get immediately the modification of the 1st passive, that, as you can see, becomes the same as Jonin minato 3rd boost in regards of the atk boost).

Its good for me.I cant find any other team for him.I would use him with sailor sakura and roshi but i dont have neither of them.I almost have sailor sakura(17 frags away) but im planning on using the team jonin minato,onoki\danzo,masked man,and fire main once i get masked man.
