I recharged 500 ingots, but didn't receive my daily spins. I recharged another 100 just to check what was going on and got 1 spin, but I'd still like my 5 spins, y'know?

Unfortunately, due to forum technically I'll require you to contact CS through the client.

They'll ask for your information (UID-Character Name-Date) etc, and a full screenshot of your client.

They'll be in better position to assist you.
