Greetings, my name is Beji and I will be the new Moderator for this sub section of the forum. I'm sure I've spoken to quite a few of the people who frequent the forums in one way or another, but there are also many people who I have yet to meet. So, it is my pleasure to be here and I look forward to looking at all of your work and also getting some critique on some of the writing that I'll be posting here. I'll try to leave as many threads open as I can, but I'm going to count on all of you to police yourselves for that. If things start to get out of hand, then I will have to intervene. That being said, from what I have seen in the past the community of fanfic is usually a very positive one so I am so excited to become a bigger part of it. Let's respect each other, respect the rules and have a good time. ;)

As for events we will continue business as usual, I'll try to do fanfic writing and drawing events as much as I can. And I'm going to try my hardest to tweak the rewards for them a bit. (Just don't tell anyone I said that. ..Oh crap, it is in writing.)

A little preview into what you might expect next, I'm looking into doing a "scary story Naruto themed fanfiction" submission for Halloween so stay tuned for more information about that. Long before I even considered making it into a potential event, I had a really interesting idea about making a horror themed Naruto story(just for myself). The more I thought about it I decided that the best setting for my story would be in the Hidden Mist, during the Bloody Mist era. I'll be sharing chapters for that story in coming days.

Don't let that influence any of you, I am hoping to see a variety of settings so that we can truly bring the spirit of Halloween to the world of Naruto. Minus the candy.
