IF so, then would he be able to recast Reaper Death Seal again? Considering I'd use Dance of Impetus which refreshes all mysteries, I'm thinking it might be possible. Well I had a chance to see it for myself when Sarutobi was available for free trial in arena, unfortunately I casted Sarutobi's mystery first before Danzo's Izanagi, so I lost my chance. Reply

To answer your question, yes. Dripsha did a video about it as an experiment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucBwjj-LmJM Keep in mind, he did it with a friend. If you were to do it with someone else. It might not work as they'll focus on your main or danzo.
