It is possible but it's very rare since sasuke has a pull rate from 800-1200 plus this is a 50% chance you'll get him since the other 50% can pull ay. Before they fixed the pull rate in kage treasure a couple of weeks ago, one or two people were able to get an ultra rare as a free pull but I don't remember how much seal scrolls they used.

You can get Itachi frags in free pulls but I find it easier to find them via 10 pulls. In short, don't expect getting them free but if you manage to then you are lucky.

over the course of time, yes, essentially you can. The span of time it takes you to do so without money is quite long. Depending on how often you get scrolls. Sasuke Susanoo a year or less. I say this because there are many sources for seal scrolls. best thing to do is just stack them for rebates. never pull unless one is active. Itachi on the other hand. I recharge here and there and since his release last December, I only have 41 frags. As an absolute f2p I have no idea. If you've done 800-1200 pulls in kage I guess you could have around 30. But it'll take you a little over a year maybe 2 to get him.

So far I have 12 Susano'o Itachi Frags mostly from Kage and Edo treasure though.

Sidenote: edo treasure cuts in half ammount of seals required for itachi when compared to kage treasure. In edo you get 1-2 itachi frags every ~30 pulls instead of every ~60, which results in 1200-2400ss needed instead of 2400-4800, so technically you can get him without spending as well, you'd just have to hoard seals since the beginning and dump them into edo.

I believe they changed the rates on his frag drops. I dropped around 120 or so and only received 3(pulling them twice). So for those who did take advantage of the edo drop, well played lol.

I remember pulling edo on a draw 10, got 2 frags, then I had the free draw got 2 more :x

If you want to calculate it, every 2 days you get 1 free pull

Every 20 days you get 1 ninja (since 10 pull you most likely get a ninja)

let's say every 120 pull you get 3 susano'o fragment (quoting form veelocity)

so every 240 days you get 3 susano'o

round it to 360 days for 4 susano

80 susano fragment mean... well 20 years of free pulling will net you one, without using any seal scroll of course

You did not take into consideration that he drops from 4 different treasures , so make that 20 years divided by 4 = 5 years purely of free draws

You get 1-2 fragments of itachi susano'o every 60 draws in edo tensei, kage, jinchuriki 1 and 2 treasures so that you get him is sure after a while.
