Hi! Those have been given out in events before, but at the moment I don't really know when they might do it again.

I definitely agree that it would be a great option as a reward for players and hope it becomes available soon!

If i recall correctly there were only 2 times that rename card was free. One when you begin the game there was there as a starting reward and once as a compesation i think.

It would be awesome, if they can give us free rename card every 4 or 6 months or make the rename card cheaper.

It was actually free once when naruto anime ended and there was a gift if I remember correctly.
Maybe we will have free one in the anniversary~
