First of all, since you just started, stop spending your seal scrolls and save them until you're level 70 so you can pull from the kage treasure so you can pull kazekage gaara and killer bee. By pulling from kage treasure, you'll get common ninjas that can't be collect easily unlike ninjas from instances and shops.

Once you get the Pet Summon system at level 50, go piece pet fragments for Tiger or Rhino. I believe you can start looking for other pets on the world map at level 53?

He's only level 49 and won't have access to them for awhile so that advice isn't going to help him now
