I honestly think this company is *ed. They tried to get me to repay money that they already have but have been basically refusing to accept that. After over a week of me providing evidence that they already have my money, they responded with a : Here is a repayment link. I am honestly disgusted by their integrity of business that they don't even care about us, only our money. If this keeps up and customer support is not going to be helpful, I might as well ACTUALLY CHARGE BACK. How can you let an easy problem as looking in your bank account with transaction number I have given you not be comprehensible?
