1＃ Go ToWith the new Edo Tensei Treasure out, I thought I'd pop the question that has been bugging me for a while, and that is what determines 'Fixed chance'?
I know Reanimated ninja's aren't the only one's with a fixed chance to do something but they have the most relevant combo starters with their fixed chance. Ex: Nagato's standard attacks *s out 40 chakra and has a fixed chance to cause knockdown and chaos
But what determines how this fixed chance happens? It seems rather inconsistent to me as it doesn't seem to happen more when you're winning or losing, just happens randomly. Do certain stats play a part in it? If so which stats? I would like somone to explain in depth how this works. Thanks for your time and continue striving to be the best ninja you can be.

Fixed chance ones are not affected by the combo stat. It is just a specific (non-disclosed) rng value.
Non-fixed chance ones are more likely to trigger as your combo stat get higher; and less likely to trigger as your opponent's combo stat get higher. If your combo stat is way higher than your opponent; a non-fixed chance event will almost always trigger. If your combo stat is far below your opponent; a non-fixed chance event will almost never happen. -

To me, I feel like it happens alot more as the rounds in your battl progress. For example, hinata's(3 star) attack normally has a higher chance of knockdown at round 2 than in round one. Or maybe it's just luck? To b honest, I feel like it actually is more based on chance, cuz i also have ao, and his attack doesn't cause low float up until around round three, and other times round 1 and 2. -
