I don't have GNW Kiba, but I do have normal Kiba. Is there a big difference if I use Kiba instead of GNW?

I'm a level 61 Azure Fang, and I like the way Kiba, Hinata, Sasuke and Azure works together. The down side is I missed GNW Kiba, cause I started the game late. Is there anyone that can replace Kiba, since I don't have GNW, or should I just keep using Kiba and trying to get him stared up?
I also found that Kimimarou also does really nice.
