So they changed Shizune's Passive from muted to suffering debuffs, but I did some testing with poision and the damage over time does not change when Shizune's in the field. When going against Kakashi, I used poision fog from water main and the DoT was 1,999 from one stack. When I doubled the stack with using both shizune's and water main's poision fog jutsu, the damage was 3,998 (1,999 x 2 = 3,998). I took shizune out and used water main's poision for jutsu and poision tai and got the same results.

Anyone got an explination for this? I can have video evidence tomorrow. I'm not dealing with editing and youtube tonight. I have to go to bed.

  • the passive description is wrongly translated (are months that this thing is well known), it actually should say: 'significatively increases the damage landed by this unit to an enemy that's suffering from a debuff'.
So what does this mean? That if you attack an enemy that's suffering from a debuff with shizune's mystery, shizune damage will be higher (so it's basically useless).
Wow that's really dumb. She only has her chase and mystery that does damage. That's no help at all.

  • From translator: Increased damage to an enemy with a bad state.

Yeah but "bad" is too wide of a term. Like, imo, being on fire is a bad state, but it might not be considered as a bad state in the game.
