Yeah that was my issue, but I mixed it around and asked a friend and I got it to work. Trying to use Empress in Chinese doesn't work.

So you made a thread wondering why your name was illegal as if to imply "My regular name using regular English letters is mysteriously not allowed why??? XDXDXD", but then you neglected to mention that it was because you were trying to use special characters... in the English version of the game?

Who would have thought that an online game wouldn't like you trying to do weird things with your name when more often than not, most things don't allow special "characters" in user names.
