Since it's from 17 March, it is probably this issue you were talking about:

^ They sent the attachments again in 2 separate mails, which you most likely claimed already in order to fix the bugged attachment. (the 100 '?' was meant to be 100 coupons)

But I'm quite sure you're referring to the items as described by PoisonScrub

If that's the case, that was a bugged compensation mail.
We've sent two additional compensation mails containing those items.
