What to do when group leader who i think has quitted and in reality there are only 2 active groups in total in our server so there is no point of joining other group.

Hey

Yes, it's 7-10 days maximum
There's also a placement as Seniors can impeach first, and from there, Anbu/Elites, etc.

But the minimum is in fact 7 days of inactivity.

However, if the leader still logs on but refuses to do anything else. I would suggest gathering the active members and forming your own group if there are only two remaining groups left.
