No, he doesnt get stat bonuses. Tbh i think only the sound 5 only get curse mark stat bonuses.

Suske 3 star don't have curse mark i think because of itachi

That's because they have passive, but sasuke 3 star dois sn't have curs mark passive any more, although he has curse mark as gets boost from, jugo's passive

Yeah, 3 Star Sasuke has the cursed mark attribute but since Sasuke's curse mark was a whole lot less relevant in Shippuden it's not really built into his character ability wise.
