I finished the final trial plot instance at 3 stars. I used the wind main at 42,305 power with this lineup.

Talents are 44131 with rhino summon.

In the first round the panda dies. It should die by just your standard auto from naruto and your main. Save your mystery until after Gakido uses his mystery and then use it on Tendo when he gets the shield.
Second Round: Use your sage naruto mystery on Tendo and temari on Ningendo. By now those two should be dead.
The rest is pretty easy.
