You know, I can see it from that point of view, but, when theres some type of bug or issue every * week in this game? Its just BS. We shouldn't have to put up with bugs every week in the game.
You might think its BS, but dealing with a Bug List is very much like doing Triage in A&E. Its a case of which bugs are afforded priority in getting resolved.
Presently I'd wager getting the issue with Mission Boxes from Mission Mobilisation from the current events cycle would take higher priority than resolving the Arena Rewards.
My reasoning is this:
We know that the Arena Rewards issue affects everyone across all servers. So its a 1 fix solves all situation.
Where as the Mission Boxes didn't affect everyone & it is a longer process to get resolved, since it requires contacting all affected players, establishing exactly how many Boxes they experienced Batch Use issue with, how many points they're missing, cross reference with back of house systems to confirm that the information each player is providing is accurate, then advising the players how many points they've got to spend & what rewards they'd like to receive from Mission Mobilisation, then individually issue the agreed upon rewards to the respective player.
With the mission boxes it will take time purely due to the requirement of there being a dialogue between Players & Admins.
