I'm using hashirama, WB asuma, iruka and MB. For talents i use 2, 3, irrelevant as there isn't any 10hit combo, 2, 2. Great auto team, with all 6 powerups i could fight the whole 10 turns without problems. I had mixed results trying GNW 1010 instead of iruka. I usually get around 2-2.5kk damage every fight with 48k power (i'm 83).
