You don't need Facebook, you just need to have an Account on the Website and then you can start it.

What browser do you use? Did you try to use a different one? I'm using Chrome and it works fine.
From what i can see it looks like your Browser isn't showing the "Start" *on due maybe a Flash Player/Java problem.
Try changing your Browser and maybe cleaning the Browser cache also to delete old cookies and saved Website scripts.

That is not the start *on not showing.
Its the Code itself not showing, when you get correct on all the questions.

I can confirm its not working, but it did before, a few days ago. (also got Chrome)
