Today I noticed that my shield dropped dramatically. And before someone says "But Ao got nerfed" I'm talking about Iruka. Iruka currently gives me 3.8k Shield when I don't have Hiruzen on my team. When I put Hiruzen on my team, it goes up to 3.892k.

It should be noted that I made sure to have Hiruzen do his resistance buff before Iruka applies his shield. I tested this out several times to make sure I wasn't making a mistake of some kind. So based on the evidence I have, I think that Hiruzen's resistance buff might currently be bugged. Because 92 shield is not a 40% resistance buff.


Of course *ternative might be that somehow Iruka isn't accepting the buff. Or perhaps Tactics isn't working in coordination with the Buff. Either way something is certainly off here.
